制胶优点：
封边垫条地固定在长玻板上，保证玻板精确对齐，防止漏胶
特殊的塑料电泳梳不会抑制凝胶聚合反应，制胶过程中，内置的脊可避免的空气接触，保证均一的凝胶聚合
标有厚度和孔数的玻板和电泳梳便于识别
平行排列的灌胶架能同时看到正在灌制的两块凝胶，弹簧杠杆设计使得软橡胶衬垫产生良好的密封性
